My Philosophy: The Conversation Catalyst.
We use Active Usage Learning, where grammar is taught through context and immediate verbal application. The biggest barrier to fluency isn't a lack of vocabulary — it's the fear of making mistakes. My goal is to make you so comfortable speaking that you forget you're using a second language.

For adults and learners outside the school system. A lesson lasts 55 minutes and takes place online or in person at the premises of the business.
Beginner level (A1 – A2)

What it covers: Building core vocabulary, the basics of grammar and correct pronunciation, and overcoming the fear of speaking.
Topics: Everyday situations (introducing yourself, getting around town, shopping, restaurants), the basics of business correspondence (short e-mails) and fluently putting together simple sentences in the present, past and future.

What it covers: Expanding vocabulary to more complex topics, working on fluency in conversation, more advanced grammatical structures and expressing your own opinions independently.
Topics: Leading discussions, business meetings, arguing a point of view, writing longer texts and reports, idiomatic expressions and understanding native speakers through audio and video materials.

What it covers: A high level of linguistic precision, nuances of meaning, subtle grammar, and professional and academic terminology.
Topics: Analysing complex texts, preparing presentations for international markets, negotiating, understanding specific regional accents and idioms, and spontaneous, fluent, effortless communication on abstract and specialist topics.

Prices are final. The business is not registered for VAT under Art. 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act.
A lesson lasts 45 minutes for children and school pupils, and 55 minutes for university students and adults. Double lessons of 90 or 110 minutes are available by arrangement and are charged as two lessons.
All services are paid in advance by bank transfer; the payment secures the booking.
Packages and structured courses are paid before the first lesson, in full or in monthly instalments. A three-month course, for example, can be paid in three monthly instalments.
A session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Cancelling within 24 hours, or not attending, is charged in full. The same applies to lessons from packages and structured courses.
A package or a course may be cancelled at any time, and the paid, unused amount is refunded in full. If a session that is already booked is cancelled together with it, the 24-hour rule applies to that session, so it is charged and the rest is refunded.
The group course runs for 6 months, 720.00 euro for the whole programme. It is paid month by month, 120.00 euro per person, in advance during the current month for the next one. Sessions missed through the participant's own fault are not made up and are not refunded.
The group course may be stopped at the end of any month by written notice sent by e-mail at least 14 days before the next month begins. If notice comes later, a late cancellation and place-holding fee of 20 % of the monthly fee (24.00 euro) is kept and the rest of the paid, unused amount is refunded in full.
Right of withdrawal (online services)
Under the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, for services contracted at a distance (online) the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. By buying or paying for a single lesson, package or course, the customer expressly agrees that the service may begin before that period ends.
Once a single lesson has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal for that lesson is lost. If a package or course is cancelled within the 14 days, the customer is entitled to a refund, and the rules above on refunding the unused amount and on the 24-hour cancellation period for sessions already booked apply.
The customer may withdraw by sending a clear and unambiguous statement by e-mail to e.ellizabetta@gmail.com or by using the withdrawal form.
