What data we collect
Through the booking-enquiry and contact forms we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), current level of English, learning goal, preferred lesson duration and time, and the content of the message you send us. We do not collect payment data, as payment is not processed through this website — payment is made by bank transfer directly to the sole trader's account.

Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process your data in order to respond to your enquiry, organise and schedule lessons, and communicate about ongoing lessons. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when submitting a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to received enquiries.

Data retention
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for: primarily the duration of the teaching relationship and a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up enquiries. On request, we delete data even before that period expires.

Cookies and analytics
The site uses a technically necessary session cookie required for forms to work. With your consent, given through the cookie notice, we also record our own visit statistics (page visited, referral source, browser type, and IP address only in a hashed, irreversibly pseudonymised form); this data is kept for up to 24 months. We do not use third-party analytics or marketing cookies, and web fonts are loaded locally from this server, with no external requests. Video calls via Google Meet / Zoom
Online lessons take place via external video-call services (Google Meet or Zoom), which are not integrated into this website. By using those services you are subject to their own privacy policies, independent of this one.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object and to data portability. Any consent you have given (e.g. for analytics) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. Requests can be sent via the contact e-mail address listed on this page. If you believe we are processing your data in violation of the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

Data security
Access to the administrative part of the site is protected by authentication, passwords are not stored in readable form, and forms are protected against unauthorised automated submission. The database is not publicly accessible from outside the server.
