A written complaint can be sent by post to the registered address or emailed to e.ellizabetta@gmail.com. Every complaint is answered in writing within 15 days of receipt, as required by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.

We aim to settle any dispute by agreement. If that fails, a consumer dispute can be referred to a body for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. For sole traders these are the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts and its Mediation Centre.
